ROVER SD1
Hatchback 2600 (1984)
The Rover SD1 — short for “Specialist Division 1” — was a landmark design for British Leyland, combining sleek, modern styling with executive comfort and performance.
Introduced in 1976, it was crowned European Car of the Year in 1977.
The facelifted models of the early 1980s, built at Cowley, received subtle exterior updates and a redesigned interior that elevated refinement and ergonomics.
The Vanden Plas specification represented the top of the range, offering additional luxury appointments and a more upmarket feel.
A low mileage example at 67412 of this iconic 80’s, now arguably cult, fastback. The Vanden Plas specification represented the top of the range with a sumptuous appearance and feel.
Finished in Zircon blue with beige cloth interior that sits well with the overall sleek look
